Three of the apartments are for two people and have an entrance hall, open-plan living/dining room with modern kitchen area, bathroom/WC with over bath power or thermostatic shower and a large first floor bedroom with king size bed with minstrel's gallery overlooking the sitting room.

One of the apartments has an extra single bed for use as a twin.

Two of the apartments, which sleep four, have the same facilities as above but have two bedrooms. The Gable apartment has one very large bedroom with a king size bed and a smaller bedroom with two full size bunk beds. The Beck Head apartment has one large bedroom with a king size bed and a smaller bedroom with two full size single beds.

The Kirkfell apartment is all on ground floor level with entrance lobby, open plan living/dining room with fitted kitchen, a modern bathroom with all facilities and a double bedded room. The Kirkfell apartment can also be linked with the adjacent Haycock apartment, which is suitable for those with limited mobility, the bathroom of which is fitted with a walk in shower and full "Doc M" facilities.

All apartments have televisions with the main terrestrial channels (BBC, ITV, Channels 4 and 5, Sky News plus CBBC and BBC Radio 4). There is also a DVD player available on request.
